Ek Tha Tiger

Yash Raj Films has released the first look of Ek Tha Tiger in an exclusive first-of-its-kind online digital poster.

The romantic thriller stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif and is being directed by Kabir Khan. The film is based on a story by Aditya Chopra and the screenplay and dialogues have been written by Kabir Khan and Neelesh Misra.

This will be Salman Khan's first venture with Yashraj Films. His father, Salim Khan had earlier written Trishul (1978), Kaala Patthar (1979) and Deewar (1975) for the banner. Also, director Kabir Khan teams up with Katrina Kaif, Pritam Chakraborty and Aseem Mishra again after the successful New York.

Though originally scheduled to release on 1 June, 2012, the film was shifted to August 2012 since Aamir Khan wanted to release his next film, Talaash directed by Reema Kagti, on 1st June. It would be a Eid release.

The film's original score and soundtrack will be composed by Sohail Sen. The lyrics will be penned by Neelesh Misra. A song titled Jaaniyan which had vocals by Bilawal Baloch, a Pakistani artist was reported to have been leaked from the film's soundtrack. However, YRF officials denied the news, saying that the album was not in any danger of being leaked.

Ready

Ready is a comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee, starring Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles.It also features Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles, while Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, Zarine Khan and Arbaaz Khan will make cameo appearances. The film is a remake of the 2008 Telugu film Ready directed by Sreenu Vaitla starring Ram and Genelia. The music is given by Pritam while the cinematography is handled by P. C. Sriram.

The music of the film is composed by Pritam while the lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Ashish Pandit, Neelesh Misra and Kumaar. The album contains four original tracks and four remixes. The item song "Ringa Ringa" from the Telugu movie Arya 2 was tweaked and composed for the film by its original composer, Devi Sri Prasad. The song underwent changes to suit the nativity of North India, an example being the change of "Ringa Ringa" to "Dhinka Chika".

Bodyguard

Bodyguard is a romantic action film directed by Siddique. A remake of the director's own 2010 Malayalam film, Bodyguard, the film is being produced by Atul Agnihotri and features Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles. The film's original soundtrack will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya along with one song by Pritam. Bodyguard is scheduled for release on August 31, 2011.

Bodyguard revolves around young guy (Salman), who has a very strange habit; he adulates anyone with a trace of heroism. Whenever he develops an admiration towards a person, he prefers to move with that person as a sort of bodyguard.

Dabangg

Dabangg is the first movie of newly launched Arbaaz Khan productions. The Lead actors in this movie include bollywood superstar and Arbaaz's elder brother Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of veteran star and MP Shatrughan Sinha. It is going to be the Debut movie of Sonakshi as an Actor and Arbaaz Khan as Producer.The movie is directed by Abhinav Singh Kashyap.The film also features Om Puri, Dimple Kapadia, Vinod Khanna, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arbaaz Khan, Mahie Gill and Sonu Sood in supporting roles.The music is composed by Sajid - Wajid.

Set in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Dabangg is the story of a corrupt police officer played by Salman Khan and highlights the flaws and loopholes in the system.The movie will primarily deal with the unlawfull practices in the states of UP and Bihar and the involvement of Police in it.

Dabangg is a story of Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan), a totally fearless but corrupt police officer with unorthodox working methods. But even the most fearless at times face a tough fight with their innermost demons. Chulbul has had a bitter childhood. His father passed away when he was very young after which his mother Naini (Dimple Kapadia) married Prajapati Pandey (Vinod Khanna). Together, they had a son Makhanchan (Arbaaz Khan). Prajapati favours Makhanchan which does not go down well with Chulbul. He decides to take control of his destiny and detaches himself from his stepfather and half brother. His sole attachment is his mother . However after his mother’s demise and an unsuccessful attempt to mend wounds, Chulbul snaps all ties with his stepfather and half brother. Rajo (Sonakshi Sinha) with her unique perspective of life enters his world and turns it upside down. Chulbul starts to see life more positively and also gets sensitized to the value of a family. But his detractors especially the dubious Cheddi Singh (Sonu Sood) have their own vested interests and emerge as spokes in the wheel, putting one brother against the other. Makhanchan ends up carrying out acts oblivious to the consequences. When he realizes he has been used, he turns to Chulbul.
