Delhi Belly is a comedy film, revolving around several characters in Delhi. The film is being produced by Aamir Khan, who is also said to be doing a cameo role in the movie, under his banner Aamir Khan Productions in association with UTV Motion Pictures and directed by ad filmmaker Abhinay Deo.Music is composed by Ram Sampath.This movie is based upon three Delhi based bachelors.
Abhinay Deo says "Delhi Belly is an ensemble piece. It's not a film about Imran Khan. He is only one of the several protagonists. There are others whose characters as just as important. There is Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Vir Das and Poorna Jagannathan, an Indian actress from LA".This movie is written by Los angeles based writer Akshat Verma.
Synopsis: Tashi (ImranKhan), Arun (Vir Das) and Nitin (Kunal Roy Kapoor) - flatmates, buddies and partners in crime. Tashi is to get married in a month but still doesn't know if his fiancé is THE ONE! Arun can't make up his mind who he wants to kill first - his girlfriend who has just dumped him or his stupid, annoying boss whose idea of creativity is sketching a smiling banana! And Nitin is about to discover that eating delicious tandoori chicken off a street vendor is going to give him the worst case of Delhi Belly he's ever known! Three regular blokes, living the regular life EXCEPT for one small detail - they are on the hit list of one of the world's deadliest crime syndicates.
