Talaash

Talaash is a psychological thriller written and directed by Reema Kagti. The movie, which features Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji in pivotal roles, is produced by Excel Entertainment, and is scheduled to release on June 1, 2012.

Following the release of her first film, Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd. (2007), Kagti was approached by several production houses to direct their next film.However, unable to find any films that interested her, Kagti began working on a new script with long-time friend Zoya Akhtar in early 2010. She said, "Zoya and I thought of the story and co-wrote it. We do a lot of writing together. We are also best friends so it is fun and there is a huge comfort factor." Upon finalizing the story, she approached Aamir Khan with the film in November 2010 who instantly agreed to produce and star in it. Since the start of pre-production, the project has faced several speculations regarding its title. On November 11, 2011, Khan confirmed that the film was titled Talaash.

Dhobi Ghaat

Dhobi Ghaat is produced and directed by Kiran Rao in her directorial debut. The film will release in theatres on 25 December 2010. The film stars Aamir Khan and Prateik Babbar. Aamir Khan is said to have a lead role in the movie as a painter,who lives and works in his small studio-apartment in the noisy and congested Mohammad Ali Road area. A.R. Rahman was approached for the music, but due to his tight schedules with Hollywood and a world tour, he declined the film. Hence, another two-time Oscar-winning Hollywood composer, Gustavo Santaolalla was signed it to compose the score and soundtrack of the film.

Delhi Belly

Delhi Belly is a comedy film, revolving around several characters in Delhi. The film is being produced by Aamir Khan, who is also said to be doing a cameo role in the movie, under his banner Aamir Khan Productions in association with UTV Motion Pictures and directed by ad filmmaker Abhinay Deo.Music is composed by Ram Sampath.This movie is based upon three Delhi based bachelors.

Abhinay Deo says "Delhi Belly is an ensemble piece. It's not a film about Imran Khan. He is only one of the several protagonists. There are others whose characters as just as important. There is Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Vir Das and Poorna Jagannathan, an Indian actress from LA".This movie is written by Los angeles based writer Akshat Verma.

Synopsis: Tashi (ImranKhan), Arun (Vir Das) and Nitin (Kunal Roy Kapoor) - flatmates, buddies and partners in crime. Tashi is to get married in a month but still doesn't know if his fiancé is THE ONE! Arun can't make up his mind who he wants to kill first - his girlfriend who has just dumped him or his stupid, annoying boss whose idea of creativity is sketching a smiling banana! And Nitin is about to discover that eating delicious tandoori chicken off a street vendor is going to give him the worst case of Delhi Belly he's ever known! Three regular blokes, living the regular life EXCEPT for one small detail - they are on the hit list of one of the world's deadliest crime syndicates. 3 idiots

Three Idiots is directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.3 Idiots has become the "highest grossing Bollywood movie of all time." The film set a box office record for the Indian film industry, grossing Rs 400 crore (US$ 86 million) worldwide.It is expected to be the first Indian film to be officially released on YouTube, within 12 weeks of releasing in theatres on March 25, 2010.

The film's soundtrack is composed by Shantanu Moitra with lyrics penned by Swanand Kirkire.The film also went on to win many awards, winning six Filmfare Awards including best film and best director, and ten Star Screen Awards.

The film is rumoured to be loosely based on a famous novel, Five Point Someone by Indian writer Chetan Bhagat, though it is denied by Hirani. Writer Chetan Bhagat has stated that he was not involved in the scriptwriting in any way.

The film is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who has a long time association with Hirani and has produced all his previous directorial ventures, whilst Abhijat Joshi and Raju Hirani have written the screenplay. The film's soundtrack is composed by Shantanu Moitra with lyrics penned by Swanand Kirkire.
